About Diana: 

Diana Fox uses abstraction, shape, and use of color as the primary components repeated through her work. Her work is improvisational and organic, and often stimulated by spirituality, nature, and world events. The beginning of a composition varies from a vague idea to a detailed sketch with a selected color pallet. Rarely does a finished piece completely resemble the initial idea, as she responds to the work as the composition develops. The creative process is the exciting part that pushes Diana to present a unique worldview.

 
She has shown extensively nationally in reputed galleries and recently at the World of Threads festival at Toronto. She had a solo show at the Buckham Gallery in Flint Michigan has an impressive lineup of several invitational exhibits during the next couple of years including group shows at Janice Charach Gallery in 2025 and Muskegon Museum of Art in 2026. She recently had a solo show at the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum and has won awards at Quilt National and ….

Please join this fun, lively artistic group of 250+ members. Our monthly meetings feature international, national or local speakers. Only members are eligible to participate in our dynamic workshops and excellent juried exhibitions. Membership dues are $35 a year and membership runs per calendar year. Dues are $25 a year for Student Members, available for those enrolled in a course of study.  (Please choose membership type above the palpay button).  Membership in FRCQ includes all meetings, a high-quality monthly online newsletter, and eligibility to register for workshops. Visitors are welcome to the monthly meetings for a $10.00 fee.

Location: Boy Scouts of America, 10455 W 6th Ave #100, Lakewood, CO 80215
Time: Monday meeting social time begins at 6:30pm, meetings start at 7:00pm; Saturday meeting social time begins at 9:30, meetings start at 10:00am.
